In my access report I have created the sums of product groups in the footer. And in the Report footer I have the sums of all the group footer, giving the Grand Total. What I would like to accomplish is to show what percentage the sum of the groups is to the Grand total, and be able to display it under the sum of the product groups. In excel this is easy, however I'd really like to be able to accomplish this in access. When I try to do this (example =Sum([Field2])/Sum([Field2])) obviously I get a one as my answer. The problem with Access is this the numerator of this equation is the correct formula for the sum of the product group in the body footer, AND the formula is also correct for the Grand Total in the report footer. So... how do I solve this... thanks Kirk

Can you please show your query, and an example of how the data should look.

Sample of the what I'd like the output report to look like

Group March April May
CDRP Group
NC 100 100 50
ND 50 100 50
CDRP G 150 200 100
% of T 38% 50% 25%

WEUY Group
WC 100 200 200
WX 150 0 100
WEUY G 250 200 300
% of T 62% 50% 75%
TOTAL 400 400 400

Query is very straight forward used to produce this report, Group by GROUP. The report sorts by Group (CDRP and WEUY Group)and sorts and groups by Product code (NC, ND, WC, WX) I do this because there are multiple of the same prod codes within the Groups, and all I'm concerned with is the total prod code within the Group.

I hope this is what you needed...thanks Kirk
