I know this maybe simple for a lot of you but, I was wondering if there is a report in CMS that can tell me if a call comes in and it hits VDN 12345 vector 123. Within vector 123 it has a route to VDN 67890 if staffed agents in skil 456 is less than 1. My question is can CMS give me a count of each call that lands on VDN 12345 and then routed to VDN 67890 without having to know about VDN 67890? Alot of the forecast team does not know that there is a second VDN and their count is wrong when looking at the reports. Or will I have to give them every sub VDN for each main VDN?

Please advise.

you could create a custom report that ties the vdns together , but depending on what the secondry VDN does it may be simpler to report on the end destination within the secondry vectors
