I would like to generate a calendar to print from VB 6.0. I want to be able to generate any month/year, and also put birthdays, anniversaries, etc. into the appropriate days on the calendar - then print it. Is there a utility to do this, or is there a Crystal Reports template or something? I would really appreciate it!

You can try the Microsoft Calender Control. It is under components under your project menu.

I don't want to enter dates with a calendar control. I want to print the calendar itself. There must be a way to generate a calendar report somehow! :)

Can Print 'calendar'. Haven't even tried to place "stuff" (other than the DAY) in the boxes. Won't even attempt this 'gratis', and it would be cheaper to simply purchase/use Calender Creator than to have this custom programmed.

Even to do 'simplistic' process involves a great deal of effort, like (programatically) deciding wheather the 'Stuffff' will fit in the Box, What FONT to use. What Font Size to use. Wheather the User gets to select either / both -and if so- HOW MUCH are we allowed to deviate? What about needing Graphics to identify specific events? If the entr[y | ies] for a specific date do not fit in the box, what to do? Print the Date and entries seperatly? Next "Page" or at end of calendar? Try to Print some on Calendar page? Does the entry have / need a time stamp to be printed? What range of hours? Shoud this be user selectable?

Only the tip of the questions necessary for the project.

Thanks Michael. Actually, I found an example of a Crystal Reports report that does exactly what I need. I knew it had to have been done before... just had to find the right source! :)
