how to freeze horizontal & vertical at same time ?

i am trying to freeze the header at the top & also more than one column at the side & middle, but i can only seem to freeze one at at time. i know it must be simple, but i can't figure it out !
any help will be appreciated.

Here's an example of how to freeze the rows above row 3 and to the left of column E:

Go to cell F4
select Window-->Freeze Panes

For future reference - this question should've been asked in the MSOffice forum. This is a VBA forum and should therefore be used for PROGRAMMING questions relating to VBA
