How to foward incoming calls on no answer to another extension on sl-1000

Hi all,

I wanted to know how can let incoming calls be forwarded to another extension if it is not picked up
For example ext 10 & 11 ring at the same time and if there is no answer the call forward to ext 14.
I want to set it up in the sl-1000.

Hi,
You can create an incoming group to 22-04 and on 22-08 assign this new group to trunks as, no answer destination group.
22-01-04 set the forward time.
