How to Foward Calls Through PremCell ipLDK20 LDP-7034D

Hi All, new to the forum and an aboslute beginner with phone systems so apologies if my enquiry seems simple.I would ask my installer but unfortunately, they've gone bust!

We have an LG IPLDK-20 with IP LDP-7024D handset as the main control handset. We have 1 x ISDN number coming in (Giving 2 lines) and a PremCell as the 3rd line. All set up on flexi keys.

My installer set up 3 x flexi keys to divert to mobile numbers so that we could transfer all calls out of hours.

I recently noticed that the call comes in on L1 & transfers out on L2 - what I need it to do is transfer out on the PremCell line.

My 7024 manual only covers basic functions so all help gratefully received or a copy of a more indepth manual would be appreciated.

Sounds as though some deeper programming needs to be carried out as we could prog the switch to automatically dial out on the Premicell chanel when a mobile number is dialled.

In which country are you based?
