how to forward to external number from CCR tree

hey guys,

just wondering if i can do this.....

we have the auto attendant set up and a CCR tree set up. can i have one of the CCR tree options.....such as option 3.....transfer to a cell phone?

if so how can i set this up?

sorry for the mix up. im trying to do a "link" from a CCR option so i dont have too tie up 2 lines on the transfer.

can this be done?

As long as you have that option from the carrier, you would put this in:
#555-1212 (substitute 555-1212 with desired number)
You may need a P for pause.
