We have a staff member who wants their GroupWise email automatically forwarded to their Yahoo email account. Is there a way to set this up in GroupWise verion 5.5? If so how, or where would I find instructions to do so. Thanks for any assistance offered. [sig][/sig]

Brianc2k -

Tools --> Rules --> set for mail, under action set forward to. You should then be able to fill in the blanks (yahoo account) from there. Hope this helps ~

How about if you want the address of the person who originally sent the message to be included or show as the address?

I ask, because using the tool, all the messages then come in as the author being yourself.

Thanks!

I guess at times we are all guilty of making things more difficult then they really are. This was the case for me. I was thinking about all different kinds of actions and did not remember the pull down settings. Thanks ripper. Works fine. [sig][/sig]

We have problem sending mail from groupwise 5.5 running in Novell 5.0 but can receive mails.

If you want the message to show the original sender. under action use delegate instead of forward. [sig][/sig]

delegate does not work in later versions of groupwise 5 and version 6 (like we have) i tried it .
