How to format "next" page?

Why doesn't crystal format the next page the same as the first page? On my report, if there are more than 5 records, the report prints to the next page but its not formatted the same as the first page! The second page just prints everything on the report at the top of the page.

I tried that but it still doesn't work. For some reason, when the subreports print on the next page, they print on top of each other, instead of the way it is formatted in the details section.
