How to format a string 1

Crystal XI, SQL server 2005

I was trying to bold certain words in a long string field ( a string will contain 500 words) and there are couple of times the word "comment" would appear, how can I bold this word each every time?

Create a formula:

replace({table.field},"Comment","<b>Comment</b>")

Then format the formula by going to format field->paragraph->text interpretation->HTML text.
