How to force the agent to use his extension when login to User Interface?

Hello,

Does any one knows how to not give extensions choises in the "Telephone Extension" field on User Interface, but only his extension?

You can change the setting so you can't choose extension but that seems to only be for non phone users, it doesn't seem to take the extension from the number set on the agent in configuration.

Tried this on both R9.1 and R10.

Do you know if we use automatique login with windows session, witch rxtension would be used?
If yes is it complicated to use this method?
 
You should be able to use AD information for SSO but haven't tested that.

If the user is using a softphone maybe you can bind the extension to the IP addr
 
The issue is that the IPOCC client allows you to enter any extension
