How To Force Calls To Go Straight To Voice Mail

I have a Definity G3 system. I have a department that has to users setup to answer calls for the entire department. At night they trasfer one phone to the other. Then they transfer the main phone to go to voice mail. When I program this phone to "send all calls" and put in the extension for voice mail it just rings. I tried transfering calls and putting in the voice mail extension and it just rings.

How can I program one of my buttons to be set that if they push the button, it would be a night service button and send the calls to voice mail.

you could add dn-dst button and cha cov p to forward on dn-dst.
