I have a disk folder backup job and the job seems to have crashed or something, I now cannot do anything with the stuck job, job monitor says there are no jobs running yet the when I try and move the media to retired media to it says it cannot move the media - it is currently mounted and in use - which is not!

I do I kill it off?

BE10.d BTW

Nope none at all, I've stopped and started services, reboot it twice, it's just stuck there.

I've even tried renaming B2D folder etc.

You could try disabling the services from starting and reboot.
If that does not work, there are various utilities to delete locked files during the next boot.
Perhaps the BE database is corrupt.
