I know there is a dial-in number to access the TTY on a 61c, but I don't know what it is. Anyway to find out?

Thanks!

Find the Modem, SEB, ION, or other remote access device that is plugged into one of your TTY ports for access. Un-Plug the line cord and plug it into a 2500 set. Dial your cell phone and record the number. Plug the line back into your device. Check that TTY port for the correct Baud rate.
Dial that number from your PC using Procomm or Hyper-terminal to access the switch, using that Baud rate. That's it.

Yah, I thought of doing that but is there any way that doesn't require me to unplugg anything?

There must be a way to find out on the switch?

Usually there is a port on the modem to plug a phone into, use that or you could go to LD 81 and do a LST by DES and hope someone put SWmodem there or something like that. Unless your not at the site, unplugging the line from the modem is no big deal.

Thanks for all the help. I went down to the PBX and looked around & sure enough there was a jack labled "PBX Dial-In" with the number.

Sometimes I forget to try the most obvious solution....
