Hello

I am trying to clean up our phone system, and my first step is to see what is programmed but not really being used. What LD would you do that in?

Thanks
Debbie

In the midnight routine add 30 in the DROL
LD 17 to config DROL
this will find any sets that are not connected and disable them

It's only dialtone-VZ

In my Option 61, I go to LD 30 and run "loop all". It makes a list of all ports that are programmed and digital and not plugged in (or the sets are bad). It disables those ports at the same time. This will not work for old sets like the M2112 that lack the chip that communicate with the PBX, nor with any analog ports.

The next step after identifying those is to clean up the MDF by removing the old jumpers not being used!!
