How to Find Number of Incoming Digits

I am changing carriers and the new service provider wants to know how many incoming digits to send. I have a PRI and am using DID. I think it should be 4 but where in programming would I check. I don't have access to element manager so I would be using TUI.

If you get to choose from the carrier, ask for all 10. It gives you a lot more flexibility if and when you might need it. You can receive 10 from the carrier but set your received digit length to 4.
