How to find disign view

Hi,
Our company has some reports which were written by somebody in Crystal Reports on the internet, the database is Oracle. Today, a user came to me that he found some errors which need me to fix, but I don't know how and where to get to design view for these reports, Can somebody help me here?

Do you own a copy of the Crystal Reports program? You need to if you want to change anything.

Do you know where the RPT file is? Ken Hamady

Hi Ken,
Thank you for the reply.
I already asked them to install this software on my computer, but they haven't done yet. I 'll ask them again.
I don't know where the RPT file is.

The RPT is where all the settings are for the report. You will need to locate the RPT if you want to modify a report. Ken Hamady
