Hello All: Does anyone have a way to find out if any ACD DN's and CDN's are no longer in use other than outing them and waiting for phone calls to start.

Thanks in advance

look at the DFDN of the CDN's

prt that DFDN (ACD) in ld 11, it will list the PosID of every phone that is part of that queue. That should give you some indication if you have any documentation at all

Unfortunately I know of no way to easily do this. I am currently going through our system verifying old call routing records. I have found about a third of it orphaned programming. Also you need to look at NCFW of your ACD/DN's you may find that these can go to a CDN or another ACD. I still on ocassion find call routing that I scratch my head trying to figure out previous admin was trying to accomplish. Reverse engineering is not always pleasent but rewarding when you know you've got it cleaned up.

Also to note there are some Excell utilities that I think GHTROUT has that you can print out all your ACD/CDN's then puts them in a nice spreadsheet easier then printing them one at a time.

Thanks bigindian65 - I have found a few with PosID's and that has helped for those ACD's.

Also Thanks to dj4020 for the GHTROUT tip. I have approx 90 ACD's and can only identify about 12 of them as valid.

what i do after i lst acd in 23 is dial each number. then remove the ncfw if i don't get a response.. 30 days later i out all acd's without a ncfw target.
