I want to fill a blank with a number in my form which has thousand record. "Find and Replace" doesn't work becasue it seems nothing can be put in space to find. If there is a number in the sapce eg. 1 it is easy for one to use "Find and Repleace" to work on it. But my previous is blank. How can I do for instance I want to use nubmer 2 to be filled in blank space?

Is the number the same in all cases? If so, just set the default value for the field.

try an update query as another solution
set the criteria to null. this will retrieve all empty records.

I would say in this way. I have 10 records having numbers and 990 records are blank. I need put 0 in those 990 black records. I already set default nubmer is 0, but that is for new record. Even after I retrieve all empty records, then what? fill in 990 records one by one ?

no use and update query.
go to the queries tab click new and change the query type to update. in your blank field set the criteria as null.
now set the update to field to '0'. now click run.

Do this:
1. Create a new query.
2. Put your table you need to update
3. Take the field you need to update
4. In the criteria row, write: Is Null
5. Go to the toolbar and select Update query
6. In the Update To row put the number: 0
7. Now run the query (with the ! icon in the toolbar). You will receive a warning. Click Yes.
8. It is all.
