i need to do a full backup to extract from the jukebox the tapes with that backup, and put into noninflammable place. I have thougth in to possibilities;
1. to use clone funcionality
2. to do a full backup without include the index entries in the online indexes. How? In Pools set to Yes the Store index entries.

my question is, if is correct the second one and if it could generate any problem, ...

regards,
Juanjo

Both methods are valid operation but will have different results. However, only a clone guarantees that both data sets AND their associated index informations are exactly the same.

Also do not forget, that you do not need the client online if you clone, so it will not disturb your client operation.

Also do not forget that if you need extra copies of your backup, you can clone the clones. This will run faster than cloning the backup savesets again.
