How to Extend a line Control on a report?

Hello,

I have a report that, in the detail section, has coloumns where i display my records that i pull out the DB.

The problem i have is that to seperate the fileds in my record, i have drawn a vertical line control between each of my textbox controls. This works fine except for when i display a record that is bigger than my detail section and thus makes the section grow to fit the size.

This keeps the line size the same and makes the report look unprofessional.

Is there any way of making the line grow with the detail section?

Any help will be appreciated.

You can draw your own lines using the Line Method of the report. Stephen Lebans has a PrintLine sample in reports at
