How To?: Export Table Definition 1

Is it possible to export the field names and related table definition info (data type and field description). Basically the info that you see when you are in desing mode ... I would like to move that info into somethink like an Excel spreadsheet or a format that I can share with others.

Take a look at the CurrentDB.TableDefs collection.

You could also use Tools > Analyze > Documenter.
