How to export/import SIP Users with Provision

Hello All,

I have to export 3100 sip-users from a release 4 duplicated home and duplicated edge.
The users must be restored into a new release 5 combined home/edge.

Can Someone tell me what steps to take with provision?
I know how to export it from de server as a xml file.
