How to export capture file to text file

Anybody can guide me to export the .cap file to .txt file.
I need to pass the data to my system people who need to manipulate the data into a meaningfull data.

Hi,
Assuming you have done the capture with a sniffer, display the decode page, then select "File", "Print". When the print screen appears, select "Print to File", and then select either Summary, detail and/or hex. Once you've saved it, open with wordpad, notepad, word etc.
