I have an access 97 DB with a report that I need to export automatically to a pdf file using VBA code when it is generated. I have the full version adobe acrobat installed, but I have not been able to find how i can accomplish this. Anyone know how to do this or where i should be looking.

Thanks so much

COpper

Well as far as i know the full adobe acrobat software allows you to view and create pdf files, so i think i'm good there, but i'll try the above suggestion.

Copp3r,

Which version of Acrobat do you have.

Very different for 5 or 6.

Let me know at:

mkwavnick@cs.com

I've spent quite a bit of time on this. I'm using Acrobat 6 and I've printed to PDF files and then written VBA code to merge several PDF files into one.

Let me know which version of Acrobat you have.

I had found some code here at tek-tips that worked very well with my access program and acrobat writer 5.0, but now that I've upgraded to adobe acrobat 6.0 professional it doesn't work. Has someone already conquered this problem who would be willing to give me a jump start on fixing this?

Thanks,

Brian
