How to execute Java code in a JBoss server from ASP.Net code

I am new to ASP.Net. I have a question as to how to invoke a java class that is on a JBoss Application Server from ASP.Net running in a different machine.

Question #2 : Will it be easier to run ASP.Net and JBoss on the same machine?

Thanks in advance. iF someone who has experience with JBoss and ASP.Net could help me, I would appreciate it.

Have you considered making a Web Service that the ASP.NET app can call. That's certainly the Microsoft-preferred method of interoperability.

Maybe it's to late but you should try to learn about SOAP, WebServices & WSDL on JBoss..
