How to Establish Database Connectity using ASP and IIS4

I Use VID-6 and A file DSN. I am getting the following errors.
1) " Unable to set server into correct debugging state automatically. you may not be able to debug ASP Pages. Do you want to continue launching the debugger?"

2) Microsoft OLEDB Provider for SQL Server erorr 80004005.

I don't necessarily know what's relevant for your scenario but I had a similar problem last week and worked through Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q183060 which helped me out greatly
