this forum has been a great resource for solving my woes, but I couldn't find a solution for this one...
Right now, if an inbound caller doesn't dial zero for the operator, they still get passed to the operator. This is letting 10 or more automated calls per day ring through to the main phone (ext 221). Is there a way to disable that auto-forwarding?
