How to enforce an Initial View with Infoview

I would like all Infoview users to see
a particular Web Intelligence report as
their 'initial view'.

I know i can set 'my infoview' to a report.

But is there a way to enforce this view on
all users at 'start up'

yes but it is in the preferences settings in the underlying code of the Infoview.

I had preferences.aspx open in visual studio,
is this the one?

can you give me a pointer? what would the logic be?,
in the application 'preferences' can define what
a users 'initial view' is e.g. 'home page' etc...
but that doesn't seem applicable.
