In Avaya Site Administration, how does one go about ending a hung session. I was in change mode when my VPN ended. When I restored the session and tried to repeat the command I was entering, the system said I was already in change mode and had the user data locked. I did a status login and saw the hung session number. I tried every command I could think of to end that particular session. Does anyone know? I'm sure it's an easy one.
