It appears your TIE Trunks ate T-1's, correct? Just go into LD 60 and type ench 12 24 for example, which is loop 12 channel 24. I would do a stat 12 in ld 60 and make sure you have no alarms because it looks like loop 12 is completely down.

Thank you i did go in and enbale the trunk here is the stat after. What do i need to do for the alarm?

OK

Thak you so much

The T-1 is in red alarm, probably not seeing the far end. Basically the Carrier is not up between the 2 switches. Can you have someone check the other end?

I was able to see both side is the a command that I can send to clear the alarm?

Hello Susan:
RED alarm is a local alarm (yellow usually indicates far end). It is unlikely that the channels would be IDLE if the Carrier (Loop) is in Red Alarm. You may want to disable the Loop (DISL 12 and ENLL 12 to re-enable) and try putting it in Loopback (RLBK 12) and see if the channels and alarm status clear. You could also invoke a self-test on the DTI card (SLFT 12 - the Loop must be disabled). If you continue to have problems with it you may want to check the programming of the Loop - it shows D3/AMI - the providing CO may have changed the programming or changed out equipment so that they don't quite match.

T1 maint commands are LD 60, D-channel (for PRI) are LD 96.

Just a thought.

Thank you for all your help and assistance. I am still having an issue they are reporting that it is taking a long time to dial out. I did have to enable 7 trunks again this morning and it is showing red alarm. What do I need to to do the clear the alarm. Please give load and comand lines.

Thank you,
Susan

Thank you for your help and advice. But I am still in red alarm. What do I need to do next? Do I need to do a reset on ini? I have people complaining that it takes a long time for them to hear ringing on the other side. Please send me commands and ld and what I need to do. I have included the information.
Thank you in advance for all your help. Susan
