how to enable or configure auto attendant on BP250?

Connect to the system, in 'Facilities', there is the Automated attendant option, click on this, then use a spare number and create the auto attendant. You then need to specify the announcement number you are going to use in the general announcement reference, you can set the options up at this point if you know them. Set the error announcement reference to 42.
Now you need to record you the announcement you have chosen using command number 4411(using an exec phone or switchboard, don't forget to log off first).
E.g. if you have chosen announcement number 1, the use 4401 ann01.
