Hi to all,

I'm having a difficult time in figuring out how to enable Mute on answer in a digital set (M3904). I tried to change the CLS from MOAD to MOAA but the system keep propmting me with error SCH1395 "On the M3903, M3904 and M3905, key 28 is reserved for the RLT
mnemonic. No other mnemonic except NUL can be configured on that key." which doesn't make any sense. I would like to have the phone automatically answer the call but the mic is automatically on mute. Can anyone help me with my dilema? Here's the TNB for reference;

Bigindian65 - I've tried to change CLS AGRD to AGRA and was prompted with error "SCH1394: Cannot accept CLS AGRA: No AGP MADN defined in Customer Data
Block.
Action: Enter in LD 15 first."

gotcha, I don't have my NTP's now, but obviously, need to set that in the CDB to use it. PRT your CDB in ld 21 and look for the AGP MADN, and define it in 15.

Hi! I could not find the AGP MADN, Can you help me define it in the CDB? Here's the CDB config;

I can't find one thing about it in Feat & Serv, or in LD 15 Admin???? Sorry. Searched on MOAA, AGRA, AGP.....

Mato' Was'aka

That's my dilema, I can't find documentation on how to enable the feature.

OPT HVD aplies to Dial Intercom and Voice Call, but not to Auto Answerback (AAA).

But - you could just set the phone to CLS HFD

GHTROUT - I would like to find a way to enable the M3904 to Auto Answerback but would be on mute. Basically, the call routed to the phone would be monitored automatically. I could not enable the CLS auto answer (AAA) by denying hands-free, I'm being prompted with error "SCH5019".

Ahhh. I forgot that HFD and AAA need each other.

I do know that Nortel wrote a patch to create the scenario you need (I had it when I used AAA for a paging application).

It might be easier to take the phone apart and clip or de-solder the microphone?

Another idea that might do what you want, but requires a different phone. Build the set at a 2008 with CLS HFA AAA, but install one that does not not have a microphone (isn't the HF model)
