How to dynamically resize an image stored as a blob

I have a page header in CR XI that must display a logo (jpg) stored as a blob in Oracle 10g. The logo's may be different sizes and my users would prefer not to have to become graphic artists and recreate the logo at a set size. Is there a way to pass the pixel length and width (and for that matter, the location x and y for the field itself) to the report and have it evaluate at runtime?

No - I don't think so - a feature of XI is the ability to call jpgs from a file directory - perhaps resizing them manually and put them in a file directory might help you.
