how to draw spinning logo?

I have been asked to create the tackiest of the tacky, the "spinning logo" effect.

funnily enough, I'm not sure how to go about it.

In flash, how can I immitate the effect of perspective by making the near edge of the logo look larger than the far edge?

suggestions?
