how to draw bar?

In creating a newsletter I'd like to reproduce a box I've seen that has beveled edges. I tried using the box shape and beveling the edges, but they don't show up enough. Tried using the oval tool, but the slope from the center point begins too soon and I can't move it. The shear tool isn't helping either. Any suggestions?

Try searching for a free 'neon' script to do this.

Thanks for your response, jimoblak. I downloaded, extracted, and setup the neon script, but when I try to apply it to my box I get an error that reads "Run-time error '429' -- ActiveX component can't create object". Know what that means?
