How to draw an arrow? 1

Hi I was wondering if amyone could help me draw an arrow in photoshop 7. I want to point to a specific spot in a picture.

create new layer / choose line tool / geomerty options, choose star arrowhead. This works for me.

cool...but how do you rotate an arrow, to get it to point in a certain angle?
