Call Dell Tech Support.
They can email it to you.

But I am curous as to why you need it. The manuals, firmware, and utilities are all available on the Linksys FTP site.

ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pub/befsr41/ (firmware)
ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pub/network/ (more firmware)
ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pub/manuals/ (manuals)
ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pdf/ (more documentation)

I found a use yesterday for the WRT54G. I had a client site that wanted to use XP x64, but could find no x64 compliant wireless adapter/drivers that made it happy.

They use WRT54G's in client mode to solve the problem. The workstations connect using the ethernet connections on the router.
