how to do a replication

Dear Friends,
I need a steps.
I have 3 server one of them is a domain controller where all users on it. I want to replicate this domain with active directory to the second and third server. how to do it.
should i join second and third server to a domin or what should i do to allow a replication .
thanks.
 
If you join those servers to the domain the users will be able to connect and logon to those servers.

no one can tell me the right answer ! I need a steps how to do a replication bettween 3 servers .
 
Just join the to server to the domain and the use dcpromo to promote them to domain controllers.
