How to display Target Lines, Pickup Groups, Paging Zones

During a sorting operation while viewing my master telephone spreadsheet I inadvertenly saved the file. Now I need to go through and audit my Nortel MICS 7.1 system so I can determine the Target Lline, Pickup Group and Paging Zone for each phone number I have documented. On the Nortel system how can I display these elements and dettermine the information I need. Please forgive my ignorance but I'm not a telephone person and have never received any formal training on this system. EXAMPLE: for DID number 5307 I need to the Target Lline, Pickup Group and Paging Zone. What's confusing me is that there seems to be 2 differents "lines" in the system. One of them displays like "L160:Unassigned", others display like "Line160:Line160". Which "line" is the Target Line? Thanks!

You can download it using Norstar REmote Utilities and the correct map files

Or log in to a configuration programming via a telephone and go station by station.

Neither option quick or for the faint of heart especially if you are a complete novice.

I would suggest you hire a qualified technician to repopulate your database with current info.

A vendor should be doing the audit for you let a alone installing remote utilities and a RAD required for this.
