How to Disconnect Call after 4 hours

Hi
if someone know how to disconnect long calls after 4 hours.

i want the system will disconnect any call after 4 hours

any ideas ??

Don't think there is such a thing.
all timers available are under "system-parameters features".
I know we had a CDR package long time ago that you would be able set with alarming capabilities for events like that, but you still had to manually disconnect then.

I dont think that the system will disconnect the call but it can give a alarm on an extension if you programme it. You can put a timer on short holding or long holding time.
You can define the ACA in the System parameter screen(first page) , You define any referral extension (logical) and then your extension in the next two columns. Then come to the trunk page II and and define the ACA assignment.
