I´d like busy tone for the second caller on digital extension.
Is it an ASPA parameter?

Yes , almost !

Set the extensions serv D7D8 to minimum 06 .
KSCACIR= ,SERV=xxxxxx06
And make the route generate call waiting
ROCAC:ROU= ,SERV=3xxxxxxxxx;

Internally will never be automatic .
The a-party must use the feature kode for call waiting .
Automatic is only possible with active odn2 key .

With theese parameters OPI is auto , trunk is auto
but internal users must request caw by proceedure .
