Hello folks, I am currently running a network with a broadband router that is handing out IP's configured as a DHCP server, also I have a WinNT workstation set up as a server, this too is handing out IP's configured as a DHCP server. How can I disable DHCP on the WinNT server and still be able to stay on the network? The network is set up as peer to peer. Everyone on the network is set to automatically obtain an IP address. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Could you give us more details? Why not turn of the nt server? Thanks.

Just turn off the dhcp service on the winnt server. You'll have to make sure that the dhcp scope set up on your router is sufficient to cover your p2p clients
