How to disable the daylight saving in intuity audix lx r1.1?

You can change daylight saving options in the messaging application.
(On the Web Interface: Global Administration/Messaging Administration)

i guess there you can set it by the command
change switch-time-zone
or maybe it's
change daylight-saving-rules
or something similar.

I have try to change switch time-zone but the system prevent me. I could not change the setting "daylight saving" to "No".
