How to Disable a Mouse Scroll wheel in Access

We are having a problem with the scroll button in Access. I have disabled the mouse's scroll wheel in the control panel. When on an Access form page it will still scroll. How can I stop this as well. Thanks

you might have thought of this already but in case, have you put in form properties for scroll bars = neither, also could try default view = form only

I'm pretty sure there is a faq with code to solve this,
