Hello everyone

i have an ip office with 3 analog lines the appearances id are 701,702,703
and the incoming and the outgoing id is 0 for all lines

i want to know if there is anyway to select a specific line to call external through it
i have a problem with the line appearance button, it makes the the incoming come to the ext that has this button
is there is way to select a line with it's appearance id ?

Sounds like you need some basic training on the IP Office. Please engage a local business partner to either service your system or provide you a system administration training.

outgoing group id is used to select trunk groups for outgoing calls
as explained in the help files

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

The lines outgoing group id is used with system and user short codes like 9N. Incoming group id's are used with incoming call routes.
