I have found a used IP500V2 SD card for sale with R6 VM pro and additional PRI channels. If the seller gives me the license FK number, how do I find out if the licenses are actually on the card?

Contact a reseller, they can get it for you.

If it ain't dutch it ain't much

Indeed, the licenses are stored at Avaya and a distri can get them for you.
Some reseller can do it too but not all.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanks again guys. I had the licenses looked up on the system and they are legit. The system has an A-law card though, according to the seller it can be rebuilt as Mu-law using the office manager software. Is that correct?

No, you cannot do that.
You can however swap licenses to a different card but i never ever tried it from a A-law to a U-law (we don't have them overhere.
