How to determine if file is READONLY or not. 1

With VBA, how do I determine if a file's attribute is set to ReadOnly or not. I know how to reset it already but now need to know how to determine it's status. I'm sure it has something to do with: FILE_ATTRIBUTE_READONLY = 0. Please show me a code sample so I can do my work.
