my friend is trying to deploy his vb program (vbd) on the internet and he is wondering how to do it???

thanks for your detailed help

consult his ISP for permission and the appropriate tools needed for that particular ISP

Or get a website from a free web host (such as Geocities or Angelfire) and put it there.
