How to delete thousands of SMTP Queues?

How can I delete thousands of SMTP connectors being sent from paypal@paypal.com? Doing this line by line is extremely time comsuming.

and how is that they paypal is able to attempt email using my exchange server. I'm not a relay server.

Install SP2, then enable the Connection Filtering, Recipient Filtering, tarpitting, Sender Filtering.....

You might not be a relay, but that doesn't mean you won't accept the email (just not deliver it).
